Exchanges and Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We do not offer exchanges or returns if you

  • simply have changed your mind, found it cheaper elsewhere, decided that you did not like your purchase or no longer have a use for it
  • misused the product in any way that caused a problem

To be eligible for a refund, your book must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

To start a return, you can contact us at curiouslittleme@outlook.com. You will be asked to send a photo of the book as part of the process.  If your return is accepted, we will send details on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return via email. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

All items are carefully checked prior to sending. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty, damaged item or the wrong item (s), please contact us at curiouslittleme@outlook.com within 48 hours to discuss your options. We can either offer a refund or store credit once your request has been approved.
